Online Registration for MDPT

There will be an $8.00 fee to take the MDPT. You need to bring a check or money order made out to Cal Poly Pomona. Additionally, you need to include your name and Bronco ID in the memo line of the check in the bottom left corner. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You will not be admitted into the test  without a check or money order.

Please provide ALL of the information requested, and then click on "Submit Form". Upon submission a new web page will be generated that contains all of the data that you entered. Be sure to check it closely for any mistakes. Print this page. This is your proof that you did register on-line.

If you are eligible to take the MDPT, you will receive an email with an attachment within a week. If you are not eligible to take the MDPT at this time, you will receive an email with an explanation why.


If you are eligible, the attachment will include the following:

    • An admission ticket with the test time, location, link to a Cal Poly map, and other important information about the test. PRINT THIS TICKET AND BRING IT TO THE EXAM OR YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
    • Resources to help you study for the MDPT.

If you have not received an email response by the Monday before the test date, notify the MDPT Coordinator (Ian Carlson) in Bldg. 8 - Rm 111 or call (909) 869-4676.
