I understand that if I am selected to participate in this research study, my participation is voluntary. If I am selected, I agree to participate for the full term of the project (Winter 2012 through Summer 2016). My receipt of a full stipend is contingent upon completing all data collection activities.

Furthermore, I understand that I must have the support of my administrator in order to be considered for this study. I will ask my administrator to email a letter of recommendation/support to Dr. Nicki Wickler at cemast@csupomona.edu by January 15, 2012.
