You should see your personal file share.

If your PC is not on WIN domain, or you authenticated with a local account, you will have to put a "win\" before your username, e.g. win\bvnorum, when prompted for username/password.
Map a network drive as above using your dept or group location:
\\sci-files.win.csupomona.edu\<dept>\
For example, the biology department file share is at:
\\sci-files.win.csupomona.edu\bio\
From here, all four folders within the <dept> folder can be seen.

W: Intranet (web) file share (e.g. \\files.csupomona.edu\bvnorum)
X: Department share (e.g. \\sci-files.win.csupomona.edu\dean)
Y: Other Share (e.g. \\sci-files.win.csupomona.edu\labs\mic201)
Z: Personal file share (e.g. \\sci-files.win.csupomona.edu\dean\staff\bvnorum)
