Webmail (OWA) http://exchange.csupomona.edu is unaffected by this change, and is a quick way to check email if your email program settingsare not updated by May 20.

A problem ticket is created regardless of the initial contact method. The ticket will identify
the customer, location, nature of the problem, and will be used to track the nature of the problem. Trained students and staff will resolve your issue promptly.
